What happens next.

Nothing is deleted until you confirm by email — and you can stop the whole thing at any point in the first 30 days.

    Click the link in the email we send. Link expires in 24 hours.

  3. Within 1 hour

    Account paused

    You're signed out everywhere. Subscriptions auto-cancel.

  4. After 30 days

    Permanent deletion

    All data removed. This cannot be undone.

During the 30-day grace period you can cancel deletion and restore your account. After day 30, restoration isn't possible.

Full disclosure

Here's exactly what we do.

Deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, password)
  • All meal logs and food photos
  • Weight entries and body-stat history
  • Agent comment history and interactions
  • Connected-dietitian relationships
  • Subscription records (after legal retention period)
  • Push notification tokens
  • Account preferences and settings

Retained

  • Anonymous usage telemetry (aggregated, never linked to you)
  • Required tax and financial records (per legal minimum, typically 7 years)
  • Records of the deletion request itself (audit trail)

We don't keep meal data, weight data, or agent interactions once deletion completes. Aggregated telemetry contains no identifiers tied to your account.
